At buyweek.io, we strive to create a trusted and reliable environment for both buyers and sellers. Our refund policy outlines how refunds are handled on our flea marketplace platform.

1. General Policy
As a peer-to-peer marketplace, refund eligibility is determined by the individual seller. We encourage buyers and sellers to communicate openly to resolve issues.

2. When a Refund is Possible
Buyers may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Item received is significantly different from the description.

Item was never shipped or lost in transit.

The seller agrees to issue a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted if:

Buyer changes their mind after purchase.

Item is accurately described but does not meet buyer expectations.

The item was damaged due to misuse after delivery.

4. How to Request a Refund
Contact the seller directly through your buyweek.io account.

If no resolution is reached within 5 business days, contact buyweek.io support with evidence (photos, messages, etc.).

We may intervene to help mediate the issue, but final refund decisions rest with the seller unless fraud or violation is detected.

5. Payment Reversals
If a transaction is reversed by a payment provider (e.g., credit card chargeback), the account in question may be suspended pending investigation.

6. Dispute Resolution
We recommend using our internal messaging system to resolve issues first. Escalated disputes may be reviewed by our support team on a case-by-case basis.
